We pack all boxes ourselves.......
We take extra care when packing our products, so it will arrive in the best condition possible. All our boxes are packed by us. Firstly, we make sure to only put fresh food inside. All our products are bake for you & prepared before delivery. We put fillers in boxes for added protection as well as using sealed containers for others. The box is carefully pack so that your awaited goods are not damaged in transit. We use recycled boxes to help our environment and to lower cost that should not be added to you unnecessarily.
WE AIM TO DELIVER NEXT WORKING DAY: we AIM to delivery your order as fast as we can so that you can be assured your products will arrive fresh to you. However, this does not mean your order will arrive a day after your order is placed, it will arrive a day after it is dispatched- allowing for processing times. Delivery Times
We try to dispatch orders as soon as possible; once you place your order, it will be added to a queue:

All orders are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday and Friday

Royal Mail will email you or text you when your order is dispatched and when it should arrive to you.

Next Day Delivery does not apply on weekends except when arrange with us for extra shipping cost

It may take up to a week to process your order during busy periods hence ordering in advance particularly for special occasion is important.
We Recommend that you select the appropriate BOX size for your order and would highly recommend Tracked 24 delivery as this is AIM to Next working Day Delivery, though Next Day Delivery may not be available to all areas of the UK (subject to Royal Mail’s available services).
Next Day Delivery is only available to England, Scotland and Wales except for the highlands which may take up to 48 hrs service.
